Here are the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Each FAIV Gift Card is valid for 1x transaction.

2. Valid until the end of the year, December 31, 2023.

3. All FAIV services can be checked through our website. (https://www.faiv.agency/about-us)

4. FAIV has the right to cancel transactions/cancel the use of the Gift Card without any prior notice, if there are indications of fraud and other reasons.

5. FAIV reserves the right to alter, extend, terminate the Gift Card promotion/ amend the terms & condtions at its sole discretation at any time without prior notice to the User.

6. FAIV Gift Card can be hand over to others and still be valid, as long as the Gift Card Code has not been used.

7. FAIV Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Berikut syarat & ketentuannya:

1. Setiap FAIV Gift Card berlaku untuk 1x transaksi.

2. Berlaku hingga akhir tahun, 31 Desember 2023.

3. Semua layanan FAIV dapat dicek melalui website kami. (https://www.faiv.agency/about-us)

4. FAIV berhak untuk membatalkan transaksi/membatalkan penggunaan Gift Card tanpa pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, jika terdapat indikasi penipuan dan alasan lainnya.

5. FAIV berhak mengubah, memperpanjang, mengakhiri promosi Gift Card/mengubah syarat & ketentuan atas kebijakannya sendiri kapan saja tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya kepada Pengguna.

6. FAIV Gift Card dapat dipindahtangankan kepada orang lain dan masih berlaku, selama Gift Card Code tersebut belum digunakan.

7. FAIV Gift Card tidak dapat ditukar menjadi uang tunai.
